| This brittle has cardamom in it which is a spice used in Middle Eastern and Scandinavian countries which gives it a unique flavor. This spice is used in desserts and breads in these countries. We use our wonderful base recipe adding cardamom and three different nuts (cashews, almonds, and pistachios). |
